We have been making canoes for 13 years now; nine years in a hobby/business capacity and the last four years as a commercial venture. We have recently joined forces with Aylward Fibreglass of Shelburne, Nova Scotia (www.aylwardfibreglass.com ) who is a well know Nova Scotia boat builder and has experience with vacuum infusion. This allows us meet the expected production schedules and demands that would have been challenging for us alone.

These lightweight canoes are engineered and computer modeled for performance, optimization of strength, rigidity and have a very high gloss finish; our canoes are designed for ease of paddling for the discerning individual looking for a high quality product at a competitive price.

We feel this new partnership is another step forward to meeting our customers demands.

We here at the Red Lake Canoe Company are proud to launch our very first Web Site. We’ve long anticipated the release of www.redlakecanoe.com.

We have long awaited a time where we could tell our story and show our products to the public, to help attract newcomers to our great pastime and to introduce new people to the great out doors.
