Red Lake Canoe - Our Warranty

A peace of mind you will never use!

The Red lake Canoe Company warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE year. Please contact us if you have any questions or are in need of any type of service. The following limitations apply to your warranty:

• The warranty requires you to retain your original bill of sale or receipt.
• Warranty claims should be made to us directly. Please contact us so we can open a claim procedure.
• If we determine that the damage is covered by the warranty, the Red Lake Canoe Company will repair or replace, at their discretion, the defective canoe, parts or components.
• The customer is responsible for the transportation costs to and from our factory in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada.
• This warranty does not cover commercial use, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse, accidental damage, transportations, alteration, improper storage or unauthorized repair.
